Deploy MCP tools

Registered when the server starts with DEPLOY_API_URL set. 7 tools, listed with the description the server sends in tools/list.

Tool Description
deploy_apply Run terraform apply for a deployment. THIS SPENDS REAL CLOUD MONEY and provisions real infrastructure. Only valid when the deployment has a pending manifest revision or is in the ‘awaiting_apply’ state.
deploy_create_deployment Create a new Deploy deployment from a GitHub repo and a natural-language prompt. Plans only — no cloud spend happens until deploy_apply is called.
deploy_destroy Tear down a deployment’s live infrastructure. THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE and deletes real cloud resources.
deploy_get_deployment Get one Deploy deployment’s state, repo, region, and live URL.
deploy_get_readiness Get a deployment’s readiness report (safety-advisor blockers before apply).
deploy_list_deployments List Destesi Deploy deployments in a workspace.
deploy_send_message Send a chat message to an existing deployment (e.g. ‘add a database’, ‘remove the database’) to revise its manifest. Never auto-applies — review with deploy_get_deployment/deploy_get_readiness and call deploy_apply explicitly.
