TTS MCP tools

Registered when the server starts with TTS_API_URL set. 8 tools, listed with the description the server sends in tools/list.

Tool	Description
tts_delete_job	Delete a finished synthesis job and its audio file from Drive. Irreversible.
tts_delete_voice	Delete a cloned voice. Irreversible.
tts_get_job	Get one synthesis job’s status, text, and duration.
tts_get_job_audio_url	Get a time-limited signed URL for a finished synthesis job’s audio file.
tts_get_voice	Get one voice’s detail, including cloning status and failure reason if applicable.
tts_list_jobs	List synthesis jobs in a TTS workspace, newest first. Pass the returned next_offset as offset for the next page.
tts_list_voices	List built-in and cloned voices available to a Destesi TTS workspace.
tts_synthesize	Synthesize speech from text using a given voice. Queues a job (or waits inline for short text when sync=true).
